BEERVANA is a feature length (~90mins) immersive experience where you take on the role of a brewery employee competing to take over your boss's beloved company--Buddha Brewing.

THE STORY: Budda Brewing Owner & Operator Porter Sessions is not your average brewmsater. He sees breweries as temples and beer as spiritual medicine. He is transcending to nirvana and leaving his earthly possesions behind, including his beloved brewing temple. He has gathered all of his pilsner priests together to compete in a series of challenges to determine the future of Buddha Brewing.

THE CHALLENGES: Compete with friends and strangers alike in a series of challenges that will test you mentally, physically and socially. Throughout the evening you will earn points based on your performance. Will you succeed and secure your future at Buddha Brewing? Or will your employment be as transitory and impermanent as our short existence on this planet...

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring friends? Or come alone?

Either way! The experience can have up to 20 people so you're welcome to bring a crew! But don't worry if you're coming alone, you'll join one of three teams and have lots of teammates to bond with.

Can I eat or drink beer during the experience?

Yes! There will be an opportunity before the experience starts to order and a break during the experience to enjoy any refreshments you wish.

What do you mean by physical challenges?

You won't be running or lifting weights! It's more related to dexterity and coordination.

Do I need to know about brewing to have a chance to win?

Not at all! The challenges are brewery themed but don't require specific knowledge about beer or beer making.

What makes the game "immersive"?

Your host Porter Sessions will make Buddha Brewing come alive! There is a dose of roleplaying and improv here--you and the other players are all "coworkers" and will expected to act as such and play along with the rules of the world.
