Do I need to bring my own mat to stretch on?

Yes, you will need to bring your own mat for class as we don't have any to provide.

Can my friend come to just hang until class is over?

We only allow people who are registered for the class to attend. So we can provide those attending a safe space to enjoy there session without any interruptions. We open to the public at 11am.

Come get your stretch on with us on every 2nd Sunday of the month! Our friend Mary will be teaching the class starting at 9:30am. $25 per person, your ticket includes your choice of a draft beer, mimosa or wine glass pour. Please bring your favorite yoga mat/blanket to practice on. The event is open to ticket holders only. We will open to the public at starting at 11am! Be sure to arrive a little early so you can setup your space. Please note a tip is included with ticket price.
