Becoming Secure in Love: A 6-Week Virtual Support Group for Women
This is more than a dating intensitive. It’s a transformational journey with like-minded women who are ready to support one another in creating conscious, soul-aligned relationships.
What is Mindful & Embodied Dating?Mindful dating is the practice of staying fully present with yourself while dating. It means making choices from self-awareness, understanding your values, needs, and patterns so you can choose a partner who’s truly right for you. It’s also about meeting rejection with grace, and not losing yourself in the fantasy of potential partners.

✔ Weekly topics that build upon each other—culminating in your personal Mindful Dating Design
✔ Self-reflection exercises, writing prompts, and skills practice
✔ Limited to 10 participants for depth and intimacy
