Join us for a closed, in-person therapeutic group created for women of color navigating life transitions, emotional burnout, and identity shifts shaped by cultural, generational, and systemic expectations. This 6-week journey offers a healing space to process, reconnect, and reclaim your identity through connection, perspective shifting, embodiment practices, and intentional reflection.

Each week builds on the last, guiding you through topics like:

  • Week 1Who Am I Becoming? Navigating life transitions and identity shifts
  • Week 2The Role I Didn’t Choose Releasing the savior role
  • Week 3Womanhood Without Apology Redefining identity beyond expectation
  • Week 4Boundaries, Burnout & Breaking the Cycle Building emotional safety
  • Week 5Joy, Pleasure & Self-Compassion Reclaiming rest and self-worth
  • Week 6Integration & Next Chapter Closure, Reflection and forward moving self-worth

Space is limited to preserve group cohesion and depth of connection. Open to women of color committed to healing, growth, and community.

To secure your spot, you must complete an official intake process through Simple Practice, our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system, prior to your first session.Once your forms are submitted and reviewed and payment is processed full access to the group will be confirmed.

Cost:

$65 per session.Pay in full and receive 15% off – total $331.50 (regularly $390).
