Since many of our daily thoughts and words lean negative, this class introduces affirmations as a foundation for reprogramming the unconscious mind, cultivating greater self-love, compassion, and joy.
At the same time, we explore the hidden power of our self-talk bylooking closely at cognitive distortions—the negative thought patterns that can block emotional availability. Each distortion becomes an opportunity for growth as we learn torecognize unhelpful thinking, challenge it, and reshape it into affirmations that are positive, healthy, and empowering.
