Meditations That Free Us from Suffering

Buddha’s very first teachings are known as “the four Noble Truths,” and we can meditate on each one following the Lamrim, the meditations that comprise the stages of the path to enlightenment. In this four-week series, we’ll explore these four truths, in the “intermediate scope” of the Lamrim, the stages of the path to enlightenment.

Everyone is welcome! If you’re thinking that “intermediate” means you missed something, don’t worry. Each class stands alone, and you are most welcome to join us anytime.
