Beautification Initiative - Neighborhood Cleanup (Kenmore)

Commemorating 200 years of Akron’s history, civic pride, and community spirit, Akron 200 continues its Bicentennial Beautification Initiative, organizing neighborhood cleanups across the city!

Residents, friends, community groups, houses of worship, and volunteers are invited to sign up and join us for one or more community cleanups. You don’t have to live in the neighborhood where you volunteer. All are welcome!

Clean up supplies will be provided by our partners at Keep Akron Beautiful. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a pair of work gloves, if possible, and a water bottle. Please wear comfortable footwear.

Meet at the Kenmore Branch Library on Saturday, October 4th from 10 am – noon for the Kenmore neighborhood cleanup.
