A runner focused program, Beach Boot Camp allows you get stronger, more stable and more injury resistance while working on your tan.

Workouts include strength, core, mobility, cardio, and stretching.

Some of our favorite exercises include squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, jumping around, and some quality 'towel time' for stretching.

Where is parking?

Around Rudee Loop. It is free until 10am. The lot is not, however, so stay on the street.

Can Anyone Participate?

Yes! All workouts are tailored to meet you where you are. Modifications are readily available and extra breaks are no problem. It's hot out there.

Do I have to Do Every Class?

Nope. You can come as often as you like. Register for all of them and receive a discount or pay as you go with one class at a time.
