About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join FBC Buffalo for an exploration of Lake Erie’s beach and sand dune habitats at Woodlawn Beach State Park!

What to Expect: We will be moving 1-2 miles at a leisurely pace. This program is family and beginner friendly. The terrain is varied with boardwalk, sand, gravel, pavement, or grass.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable shoes that you don’t mind getting sandy, bring bug spray or sunscreen as preferred, and binoculars if you have them. Binoculars will be available to borrow.

In case of Inclement Weather: To be rescheduled in case of severe weather. A little bit of rain won’t stop us but hopefully we get some beautiful Buffalo summer weather!
