Be Still and Know: A Journey Into Sound & Soul

Join us for a deeply restorative evening where sound, breath, and healing come together to soften the body, calm the mind, and awaken the heart.

The Handpan with Jaxon

The handpan is an instrument born in Switzerland in 2000, blending rhythm and melody into one transcendent voice. Jaxon, a handpan musician, sound healer, and local Annapolis author (Only Us – Quoir Publishing), first discovered this instrument during a season of anxiety and depression. Without formal training, he allowed intuition to become his teacher, creating original, impromptu melodies that carry listeners into relaxation, renewal, and deep inner peace. His music has become both his own path to healing and an offering for others seeking release from stress, anxiety, and the weight of daily life.

Gentle Breathwork & Reiki with Amanda

As Jaxon’s handpan tones ripple through the room, Amanda diMonda of Balsamic Moon Alchemy will guide you through a gentle downregulating breathwork meditation designed to calm the nervous system and bring you back home to your body. Centered on 𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦, this experience is an invitation to soften, release, and reconnect with the light of your being.

As you breathe, Amanda will move through the space, offering individual Reiki energy healing to each participant—intuitively channeling healing energy to support your process and deepen your sense of peace.

Integration & Community
After the journey, we’ll slowly transition back into presence by embracing the warmth of community. You’ll be invited to sip tea or hot chocolate as we gather in a circle of gentle connection. Those who feel called can share their experiences, insights, or simply where they are in the moment. Others may choose quiet reflection. However you arrive, you will be held in a space of belonging and care.

Leave feeling relaxed, lighter, and more at home in yourself...peaceful, radiant, and enough.
