Absolutely not! Whether you're an experienced author, just starting out,  or simply someone looking to explore journaling for personal healing, this group is for you. The focus is on both personal well-being through writing and dedicated time to free-write whatever the Lord leads you to do.

Is this a one-time event, or can I attend regularly?

Reflective Journaling 101 is an ongoing program held bi-weekly on Saturdays. You are welcome to attend as often as you wish, creating a consistent space for your healing and writing journey. In the future, it may change to a more structured approach such as 10-week sessions.

What if I don't feel comfortable sharing my writing or experiences during the discussion time?

Accepted Answer

Your comfort is paramount. The "Group Discussion & Sharing" time is entirely optional. We understand that vulnerability takes time, and you are never pressured to share anything you're not ready to. Our aim is to create a supportive space where you can share if and when you choose, or simply listen.
