Frequently asked questions

Do I need to wear any special clothing?

Nope! It's always more comfortable to wear clothes you feel good moving in, but we actually prefer to train in your regular street clothes so you have an accurate range of motion.

Do I need to be fit/good at sports?

Not at all. We teach self defense that is accessible for every body.

What if I have an injury? Can I still participate?

Absolutely! Just let us know beforehand so we can adapt techniques to your ability.
