Over three peaceful days, you’ll be guided through grounding practices, gentle movement, soulful reflection, and heartfelt connection with like-minded women.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply in need of a reset, this retreat offers space to rest deeply, reconnect with your inner self, and rediscover your joy.

About Yoga Nidra

The practice of Yoga Nidra is a Conscious Deep Relaxation, also known as Yogic Sleep. In this 35-40 minute guided relaxation in savasana you will be led to the space between being awake and asleep. There you will quiet the mind, release the tension in the physical body, relax the nervous system, and promote balance and peace in all aspects of your life. Yoga Nidra directly influences the physiology ofthe body and stimulates the healing process. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to three hours of restorative sleep! Benefits include:

The guided quest utilizes the wisdom of the tarot combined with energy work, the Akashic records, affirmations, crystals, higher awareness coaching, and more to help uncover and transform deep and unconscious programming. It cultivates compassion and love for yourself, as well as others.

This spiritual tool truly allows for transformation! It is a powerful way to shine the light on and release the old patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back. This group format provides support, healing, and a safe space to dive deep. It is a powerful reminder that we are not alone, and that others are often going through similar challenges.
