This isn’t your typical "yoga mat and granola bar" fitness event —it's a unique experience that blends the energy of a barre class with the social vibes of a good ol' happy hour! Your ticket will include one complimentary wellness shot and mocktail, workout equipment and socks. Vendors to be announced!

​This pop-up will be hosted at Amper Studios, a vibrant coworking space in the heart of Miami. Unique to this experience, you will have your own individual barre station, mimicking a true barre studio session. Followed by a social happy with mocktail offerings.

What is Barre?

Barre fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity workout inspired by ballet and Pilates. It focuses on tiny isometric movements designed to strengthen and tone the body.

Do I need any prior experience to participate?

No prior experience is necessary! Our Barre Pop-up is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Should I bring event anything to the event?

Nope, we’ve got you covered! We will provide you with all Barre equipment. You are more than welcome to bring a small towel, a water bottle and socks.

What should I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable workout attire. Be sure to wear socks!

How long is the event?

Each workout session consist of a 45 min workout, followed by a social wellness experience.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course, multiple ticket purchases are permitted.
