Bao Bun Making Class at Shindig Cider
Come join us for a hands-on bao bun making class at Shindig Cider!
Learn the art of making delicious Bao Buns while sipping on refreshing cider. Chef Garrett and Coco will educate on Bao culture in China and guide you through the process of making your own. Get ready to fill, fold, and steam your way to Bao perfection!
Each participant will make about 5 Bao. Enjoy the culminating feast of your own Bao and other tasty Sichuan Kitchen SLO treats.
The price of the class includes all instruction, your dinner and likely Bao to take home (unless you eat all 5... no judjement), and 1 complimentary cider.
There will be a meat filling and vegetarian filling.
