Important Arrival & Entry Information

Due to New Year’s Eve street closures and NYPD security protocols in the Times Square area, all guests arriving before the ball drop must present a printed ticket to access the event block.

Digital tickets on phones will not be accepted for block access prior to the ball drop.

After the ball drop, standard mobile ticket scanning will resume.

We strongly recommend printing your ticket in advance if you plan to arrive early.
