Learn how to make your own perfect baklava and the many variations you can create at home!

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

No!  We will supply everything you will need to assemble your own small pan of baklava and the topping you will use after it bakes!

What if I have to cancel my attendance for any reason?

Life happens!  Refunds will be provided at the discretion of the instructors, but we realize things come up outside of your control. Contact us at 616-401-9871 or e-mail us at wbbaklava@gmail.com. No shows will not be refunded.

Is there a minimum age to attend?

Middle school age and up.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and a hair tie if you have long hair.

If I'm coming with a group of friends, can we sit together?

Accepted Answer

Yes- We encourage you to come and have fun!  It's encouraged  to sign up as separate individuals, but you can always text or e-mail us prior to class and we'll ensure your group sits together.  Don't feel like you need to come in a group-  there will be plenty of new friends to meet!

Is this class just for women?

No- anyone can join in the fun!

Can I purchase already prepared baklava the evening of the class to take home?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  We will have 2 piece ($5.00) and 4 piece ($10.00) containers available to take home the evening of the class.  While we will bring plenty to the show, we ask that you notify us via text or e-mail prior to the class so we will have enough for you!
