Bake Basque Cheesecake & Sip

Join us for a cosy, hands-on guided Basque Cheesecake masterclass at Loretta Café, famous in West London for its delicious Basque cheesecakes! Over 90 minutes, you’ll learn about the history of this iconic dessert from the Basque region, including its city of origin, San Sebastián, and bake your very own cheesecake while enjoying two complimentary glasses of Prosecco. You’ll also get to enjoy a slice on the spot while your own cheesecake cools to take home. In a small group of 14, you’ll have the opportunity to socialise and meet like-minded people. The event runs from 7:00–9:00pm on selected December dates: 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, and 20, making it perfect for young people, inexperienced bakers, or anyone who usually avoids the kitchen—come for a festive, fun-filled evening of baking, sipping, and indulging!
