• To be in our bodies, feel alive, and connected to one another is the biggest power and force that will empower us.

We deserved to feel aligned & to thrive

• Join us for a community pelvic steam: we will awaken our intuition, listen to the plant relatives, and learn a tool for self care.

& Everyone is welcomed. QT2S BIPOC folks, elders and youth will be centered.

We highly encourage folks to steam together.

There's the option to soak your pelvic, face, hands or feet. Let's go there together.

* For folks who prefer, we will share some of the herbal blend to take home and steam in the privacy of your home.

We encourage anyone who has abundance to bring something to share- a light snack, drink, a good word, song, or prayer. Warm atole will be offered to soothe the heart, soul & tummy.

Sliding scale will be offered to create accessibility $55-110. Limited spaces available, first come first serve. DM to sign up & receive details!
