Do I need to bring any equipment?

No, all equipment will be provided. Bring a cooler to take home your processed chicken in.

Will this be inspected?

No, this class is designed to mimic a home butchering set-up. This is for you to privately butcher your own chickens, not for retail.

Will lunch be provided?

No. We will be in the middle of butchering and cleanup during lunch time. Please come prepared to not eat until after the class is finished.
