Backflow Device Recertification Testing

Inst: MacQuarrie 20220 SW Teton Ave Tualatin, OR 97062This is the required Backflow Tester Recertification to renew your Testers License. Rules require hands-on proficiency exam on all three testable assemblies.
2-year Certification Fee: $195
>$50 additional if certification is lapsed over 1 year<
***Fees are payable to OHA upon completion of course***
Limit- 20 students
Fee- $35 (fee waived for LU #290 members)
