Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

Please come prepared for outdoor conditions. We recommend closed toed shoes, a snack, bug spray, and a reusable water bottle.

Will there be restrooms and water available?

Yes, there are both indoor and outdoor restrooms available, as well as a bottle filling station.

How much walking should we expect?

While most activities are located within the immediate Bear Creek campus, with the Macro-Organism Adventure will be located at the Bear Creek Pond. This station can be accessed via a well-maintained service road and is less than a 0.2 mile walk from the parking area and restrooms.

What is the parking situation?

Our parking area consists of a large grassy field, hidden from the highway, with some areas of shade.
