Back in the Game: Finding Yourself After Motherhood

By Fabled Events

Overview

This Fabled panel discusses how to get back in the game after becoming a parent and is in partnership with CEO MUM

Motherhood changes everything; your body, your priorities, your energy and, most of all, your sense of self. But what happens after the baby phase, when you’re ready to step back into the world and reclaim your career, your creativity, your social life and it all feels different?

This Fabled panel brings together three brilliant women for an honest, funny, and deeply relatable conversation about how to get back in the game after becoming a parent. From reigniting your ambition to reclaiming your confidence, this is about rediscovering your rhythm in work and within yourself.

What to Expect:

  • Our panel’s candid birth stories and real talk about identity, ambition, and the emotional shifts of parenthood.
  • How to return to work and accelerate your career without losing your sense of self or allowing others to cast doubt over your abilities.
  • Practical advice for balancing creativity, career, and childcare (minus the guilt).

There’s a chapter of motherhood that no one talks about - the one where the dust has settled, and you’re ready to be yourself again. But you’ve changed. The world has changed. Your priorities have shifted, and yet your ambition is still there. Waves of conflicting advice cause nothing but chaos and inner turmoil and it’s harder to ground ourselves than it was before. Reconnecting to who we really are can help - but how do we get there?
