Tom Feld, Marketing Director, Conger Construction Group

Tom has 15 years of experience in marketing across agencies and in-house teams, managing multi-channel campaigns, building marketing operations, and directing freelance teams. He combines hands-on expertise in content, SEO, and paid social with a practical understanding of the processes small teams need to scale efficiently.


Joseph Lewin, Head of Podcast Strategy, Scrappy ABM

Joseph has a decade of experience across product marketing, demand gen, content strategy, and sales-aligned programs. He’s built go-to-market strategies, launched shows and podcasts, and led customer-research initiatives for technical and B2B brands. His work focuses on using content and conversations to create a pipeline, influence deals, and shorten sales cycles.


Amy Connor, CEO, CMO-OnLoan

Amy brings 20+ years of experience leading marketing teams for both B2B and B2C brands. She’s worked inside corporate organizations and now advises them as a fractional CMO, giving her a clear view of how small teams set priorities, manage bandwidth, and build alignment when resources are tight.
