Speaker: Julie Horns - Fractional CMO / Consultant
Julie Horns is a knowledgeable marketing leader with deep experience in paid social strategy and integrated marketing campaigns. As the owner of Horns Digital, she provides consulting services that expand the capabilities of internal marketing and communications teams. In her 16 years at U.S. Bank she built a robust social media advertising program from the ground up within a highly-regulated industry and worked with consumer and B2B business lines to reach their desired audiences. She also served as a UX Lead developing online banking experiences and worked on the Innovation team to explore new marketing technologies and run pilot programs.
Julie is an NISM-certified Social Media Strategist, holds an AI Strategy Certificate from Cornell University, and earned a Mini-MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She continues to draw upon her Anthropology degree from the University of Minnesota to understand human behavior and emerging cultural changes.
