B Local PDX: June B Corp 101

Curious about B Corp certification? Whether you are a leader at an aspiring B Corp, already working through the assessment , or simply know that you should do more to measure and communicate your company's impact... this session is for you!

B Lab is committed to continual improvement, and its certification standards are changing to help companies meet today's urgent challenges. The new standards represent a step forward for the movement, but it will take time to develop resources and expertise to support companies through them. In short, if your company has been considering certification, we strongly encourage you to begin the process soon! You will be able to submit via the current standards until December 31, 2025.

At this B Corp 101 session, B Local PDX leaders will outline B Corp certification: the process, the value proposition, and the global community. We'll leave time at the end to answer your questions or connect you with resources. This session will be led by Kari Doherty, Certifications Chair at B Local PDX.
