Since then, she has supported a range of businesses on their certification and recertification journeys, bringing deep insight and practical experience to the process.

Mia Carlton, Head of Impact - B•ABLE Mia has been applying her expertise at B•ABLE for the past two years, helping businesses of all sizes navitate the evolving B Corp landscape and create robust sustainability strategies. Mia is currently leading multiple clients as they interpret the new standards and prepare for recertification.Previous to this, Mia spent seven years at EY, leading a team focused on climate change and sustainability working with global corporate and MNC's across the spectrum of sustainability challenges.
