The gentle instability of the board mimics the feel of moving on water, adding a powerful layer of focus and control to your practice.
What to expect:
A flowing blend of yoga stretches and Pilates-based core work with relaxing music
Increased muscle activation through instability and control
Each class ends with a moment of mindful meditation on the board - as if floating on the ocean - to rest and recharge your mind and body
What to bring:
Comfortable fitness attire
Water bottle to stay hydrated
Towel for sweat and comfort
Practice is done barefoot or with grip socks - no shoes needed
A blanket or sweater to enjoy the mindful meditation
