You are invited to join the AWS Service Catalog and Management Tools team for the opportunity to learn about the tools available to help you manage your AWS environments, and to achieve the new AWS Service Catalog Accreditation. This full day session will offer participants in-depth training on Service Catalog and other management tools, an online accreditation exam, and a lab evaluation.

AWS offers a robust set of management tools that allows you to programmatically provision, monitor, and automate all the components of your cloud environment. Using these tools, you can maintain consistent controls without restricting development velocity. AWS provides four kinds of management tools that all work together and are integrated with every part of the AWS platform, from Amazon EC2 to Amazon DynamoDB, in order for you to easily control all parts of your cloud infrastructure. AWS divides these into 4 different management categories: Provisioning, Operations Management, Monitoring and Logging, and Managed Services for Configuration Management.

The Service Catalog Accreditation is designed to validate an individuals skillset to advise customers on provisioning governance in the AWS cloud. Consultants, system integrators (SIs), and managed service providers (MSPs) will learn how to implement and manage the full lifecycle of cloud assets and simplify and accelerate cloud adoption by leveraging AWS Service Catalog.

This session includes an in-depth training on AWS Management Tools, specifically AWS Service Catalog.

Through this training and accreditation, consultants will be identified as subject matter experts who are able to build, deploy, and manage a customer’s AWS resources in alignment with the AWS Well Architected Framework using AWS Service Catalog.
