Awareness is when we becoming conscious of our Body, our Mind, our Environment at each moment.
Βy movement, human connection and games, together with Maira Koundanni we will exercise:

In two days you will understand:

The fundamentals of the Gestalt theory

How to Cultivate Mindfulness
-
How to Practise Awareness in your everyday life.
You will experience important Gestalt technics, with respect and empathy.
Part of the process is to incorporate inside you everything you will discover and become the Social Change you ask, for you and everyone around you.
