Awakening Self Together: IFS Practitioner Cohort of RJ Listening Circles

OverviewJoin a cohort of IFS practitioners exploring the 8 C’s and 5 P’s of Self-energy in community. Over 17 sessions, we will “try on” the new circle guides together — practicing, pushing back, and shaping what will become Awakening Self Together: A Circle Guide for Communities.

This is not just a training, it’s a living laboratory. You’ll be both participant and co-creator, raising resonance for yourself and others while deepening awareness of the similarities and differences in how Self-energy shows up across our systems.

Structure

• 17 sessions × 2 hours = 34 total hours of connection
• Attend as many as you can, though the closing circle is highly encouraged.
• If more than 20 are present on a call, we’ll divide into smaller rooms for depth and intimacy.
• Cohort participation capped at 36.

Contribution

The cost is set at $297 (Plus Eventbrite fees) because this is a co-creative process. You’re not only receiving up to 34 hours of circle practice, you’re also helping shape the guide itself — offering feedback, pushing back, and giving me the chance to feel this work alive in community.
