This is for you if:

You’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or craving deeper alignment

You want to reconnect with your purpose and raise your vibration

You’re ready to heal, express, and manifest from a place of inner truth

💗 We’ll begin with a Cacao Ceremony to awaken the heart and connect deeply with the energy of joy, love, and creative flow. We’ll honor cacao as a heart-opening natural medicine—a sacred superfood and plant ally traditionally used to expand consciousness, soften emotional blockages, and reconnect us to the elements of earth, water, fire, and air. Through intention, presence, and gentle ritual, we’ll create space for healing, clarity, and inspiration.

🌬️ Tony will then guide us through his signature conscious SOMA breathwork session—a powerful, activating journey to release stuck energy, restore balance, and open pathways to deeper awareness. His grounded presence and intuitive facilitation will support you in accessing the wisdom of your body and the power of your breath.

🎶 After breathwork, we’ll transition into a nurturing, passive sound healing meditation led by Aliya using singing bowls, folk instruments, and the most sacred instrument of all—the human voice. Through medicine songs, sacred sounds, and vibrational harmonies, we’ll create a field of peace and healing, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit with the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the heart.

🌀 We’ll close our day in a vibrant and uplifting Singing Circle, which Aliya will facilitate as an active sound healing experience. This space is devoted to improvisation, joy, and the free flow of self-expression. You’ll be invited to explore your voice, move your body, and sing from your heart in a safe, playful container. This is not just about singing—it’s about awakening your authentic voice, reclaiming your power, and discovering practical ways to use your voice as a daily healing tool. Together, we’ll replenish ourselves with positivity, love, and inspiration.

🌸 Come as you are. Leave feeling deeply nourished, inspired, and reconnected to your heart, your joy, and your creative power.

Let’s create magic together.
