The Mind & Movement Dance Wellness Camp is led by Julianne Balavender, owner of JB Dance Wellness. With 11 years of dance teaching experience, she’s Reiki Level 1 & 2 certified, a life coach, and a yoga trainee—passionate about helping kids grow in mind, body, confidence, and performance.

What do you mean by “mindfulness” or “wellness” activities?

Kids will explore breathing techniques, guided visualizations, meditation practices, and self-love journaling—plus fun games to boost confidence and connection!
