Burnout is a classic problem for many nonprofit professionals—we’re so focused on the mission we are serving that sometimes, we neglect ourselves. Join YNPN Boston and Cambridge Insight Meditation Instructor Melanie Cherng to learn how mindfulness and meditation can help build your resiliency and eliminate work fatigue.
While this event is free all attendees are strongly encouraged to donate $10 or more to help YNPN Boston provide more events like these in the future! The building is accessible and located near the Green Line (Arlington) and Orange Line (Back Bay). Please be prepared to go through security upon entering the building.
