Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?25+ Current and Valid ID is required.
Are there dress requirements for this event?Smart casual wear is recommended.
I have food allergies.Please inform the staff if you have any allergies All food items will be clearly marked for those with allergies (dessert items may contain nuts)
Do we have to wear masks?Guests are no longer required to wear a mask or show any proof of vaccination, or a negative test, per the City of Boston. However, it is up to the guests if they do prefer to wear mask.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?Limited metered parking Rideshare Uber and Lyft

You can get to District Hall by Bus, Subway or Train. These are the lines and routes that have stops nearby -Bus: 4, SL1, SL3, SL4, SLW
Trains FITCHBURG, FRAMINGHAM/WORCESTER, KINGSTON, LOWELL Subway BLUE LINE, ORANGE LINE, RED LINE Parking on District Hall patio space and outdoor walkways is strictly prohibited

What can I bring into the event?You will need a current positive valid IDNo weapons, or firearms of any sort will be allowed in the venue. Small handbags are allowed, no backpacks please

Does the venue allow pets? Unfortunately, the venue does not allow any pets. Only service animals are allowed.
What's the refund policy?Although this event is free, you may be able to purchase items at this event.
Tickets: Only 2 tickets per party. For security reason, each ticket will have to be scanned in under the ticket holder’s name.
Will there be food served at the event?
There will be pass horderves, however coffee, tea, and other beverages are for purchase.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?Yes, if you purchased a ticket in person. Due to the venues policy. No tickets will be sold at the door. There will be a check in/registration table for entry. This means whoever purchase the ticket. Your ID MUST the ticket, No exceptions . This will be strictly enforced.

Will I be able to take pictures of the artwork and other displays?This will depend on the individual artists, designers, you must obtain permission to take pictures or videography.
Is there a smoking policy?The Building is a smoke-free building; smoking is allowed only in a designated outdoor smoking. Please call the venue for further information.
Will I be able to purchase items at the event?There will be items for show and sale.
What forms of payment do you except?
It depends on the artists, you can work that out between you and the artists. However, both seller and buyer will be responsible for removing all purchased items from the venue within one hour of the event end and before 1030am. There is no holding of any items after the event..
Will there will be a raffle or silent auction at the event?Maybe we are still working the details and will be announced at a later time.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?All registration/tickets/fees are non-transferable.
Are there going to be other events during this time?There may be other events going on at the same time this event is going on, however, there will be wristbands or other means of identify for our guests as this will be a free pass horderves for our guests only.
Can I come and go as I please into the event?There will be opportunities to network and engage in conversation, however, we know at times, some guests may need to leave to smoke. we encourage our guests to stay connected and engaged during the duration of the event. Reentry into the event will have to verified. Please hold on to your tickets.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?For security reasons your ticket and/or registration must match anyone attending the event. All electronic and physical tickets will be confirmed at the door. NO TICKET, NO E-TICKET, NO ENTRY this will be strictly enforced.
Can I bring my own liquor and drinks to the event?There will be a cash bar during the event until the bar closes.
Catering is exclusively provided by Gather and Brew Café. Please note that no outside food or beverage is allowed in the building.No one will be allowed entry into the event if they either intoxicated , or under the influence of any mind alternating drugs.
Is there a coat check fee?There is a $2.00 coat check cash only.
Will there be pictures taken at the event?There will be videography at the event. However, there is a possibility that you may be asked to be videotaped/interviewed or have your photo taken for informational or marketing purposes only. As a guest you agree to these terms.
Are there vendor / sponsorship opportunities available to participate? Both vendor and sponsorship opportunities are available on a first come basis. Vendors may purchase vendor space up until November 15th, 2022. One round table $25.00 or 4x4 space. Or (1) 5 ft table $50.00.
Vendor and Sponsors is responsible for all property belonging to their guests, employees, agents, and contractors. At the conclusion of the Event, vendor and sponsors is responsible for dismantling and removing all event-related materials and equipment and supplies brought into the building. Renter must place all refuse in the designated trash receptacles.
