AVA Battle of the Branches Softball Tourney

The AVA Battle of the Branches Softball Tournament is a spirited, family-friendly competition that brings together veterans from all branches of the military for a weekend of camaraderie, community, and cause.

Held at the premier Youngsville Sports Complex, this inaugural event not only honors the service and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes, but also raises critical funds to support Acadiana Veteran Alliance’s healing and workforce programs for local veterans.

By playing in Battle of the Branches, you can competitively align yourself with AVA's powerful mission—demonstrating commitment to those who served and contributing directly to veteran reintegration and well-being in the Acadiana region.

Note for Teams: 12 players total, co-ed, maximum 6 players can be non-military or non-veteran

Note for Individuals: Members of the team must be veteran, active duty, or national guard/reserve, as well as first responders, police, sheriffs dept, or fire fighters.
