1st course: Butternut squash bisque - local squash, lardons, candied pecans, crème fresh

3rd course: Pan seared airline chicken - herbed chicken, roasted sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts hash, sauce poulet
4th course: Apple caramel crisp - local apples, brown sugar oat crumble, homemade caramel, cinnamon brown sugar ice cream
