Let's talk about something we don't say out loud: slowing down feels terrifying, doesn't it?
When you're used to constant motion, constant productivity, constant something, the idea of just... stopping can feel almost wrong. Like everything will fall apart if you're not managing it all.
But here's what's actually happening: your nervous system is always switched on, your mind is drowning in chatter, the to-do lists that breed more to-do lists, the voice that says you should be doing something, anything, all the time.
This session is your permission slip to press pause on all of it.
For 45 minutes, you don't have to be useful. You don't have to solve anything or optimise anything or remember anything. You just get to be and breathe in and out.
Join from wherever feels right for you:
- Curled up on the sofa with a blanket
 - Sitting cross-legged on your bedroom floor
 - Outside in your garden or on a park bench
 - At your desk with the door closed
 - In your car during lunch break
 
This is your time, in your space, exactly as you need it.
What we'll do (or rather, won't be doing):
- Guided meditation to quiet the mind chatter
 - Let your thoughts wander wherever they want to go
 - Journal or wildly doodle to get whatever's swirling around out of your head
 - Breathe without an agenda
 - Be with other women who get it

Bring something to write or doodle with if you want - or just bring yourself.
This is time for you to switch off and reset at lunchtime, leaving refreshed and with head space to think and breathe.
