Let's be honest: you're tired.
Not just "I need a good night's sleep" tired. The kind of tired that sits in your bones. The kind where you wake up already exhausted. The kind where you look at your to-do list and want to runaway —or maybe you already have.
You've been told to rest more. Take breaks. Practice self-care. But here's what no one tells you: there are seven different types of rest, and you're probably only getting one.
Here's What We'll Do Together:
Learn What Rest Actually Means
We'll explore the seven types of rest—physical, mental, emotional, social, sensory, creative, and spiritual
Actually Rest (Yes, Really)
This isn't your typical masterclass. You'll experience guided rest (meditation) practice during our time together. You'll leave this session feeling different than when you arrived.
Get Honest With Yourself
Through gentle journalling prompts, you'll figure out which types of rest you've been neglecting and why. No judgment. Just clarity.
Talk It Through
You'll connect with other women who get it—the overwhelm, the guilt, the relentless pressure to keep going. Sometimes just knowing you're not alone changes everything.
Set Your Rest Intentions and Plan
You'll identify which types of rest you want to prioritise and create a simple, realistic plan for the next week and beyond. Think of it as an experiment—gentle, flexible, and designed around your actual life.
This Is For You If:
You're tired of being tired. You feel guilty when you rest. You're pouring into everyone else and have nothing left for yourself. You love what you do and all the roles you play, but it's draining you. You know something needs to change but you don't know where to start.
What You'll Walk Away With:
A full breath —maybe your first in months. Understanding of what you actually need. Your personal rest intentions and plan. Permission to stop pushing so hard. And most importantly, 90 minutes where you actually get to rest.
What to bring: Something to write with, comfortable clothes, maybe a blanket
No fancy setup required. Just you, as you are.
You don't have to earn rest. You don't have to wait until everything's done (it never will be). You just have to give yourself permission.
Let's start here.
