Join me for an online drawing class exploring the wonders of autumn plant structures. Over the course of the workshop you’ll learn how to use expressive lines and mark making to draw seed-heads, architectural grasses, and skeletal plant forms. This workshop is a chance to pay attention to the beauty that seasonal changes bring to us. Using close observation we will unlock the wonder to be found in the structures that remain long after flower petals and leaves have fallen to the ground. This will be a mindful, relaxed pace class, perfect for sinking into the longer nights. At the end of the two hour session you’ll have completed several studies which demonstrate the creative possibilities of autumn.
