Autumn Harmony

Join us for a rejuvenating day of creativity and movement at our Yoga & Art in the Park event! This unique outdoor experience blends the grounding practice of yoga with the freedom of artistic expression, creating a space to relax, connect, and be inspired.

We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow designed to center the mind and energize the body. Afterward, participants will be guided through an expressive art session—no prior experience needed. Whether you’re painting, drawing, or simply exploring your creativity, this is a chance to connect with your inner artist while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water, and any favorite art supplies. Basic materials will be available. All ages and skill levels are welcome—come solo, with friends, or bring the family!
