Autumn Anchoring
As autumn arrives, Ayurveda teaches us that Vata energy increases - bringing qualities of air and space that can leave us feeling scattered, cold, anxious, or ungrounded. The changing season often disrupts our sense of stability, making it harder to feel centered and present. Through targeted kundalini practices focused on our foundational chakras (Root, Sacral and Navel), we can cultivate the earthy, warming energy needed to stay balanced and rooted during this transitional time. These ancient sequences help counter vata's airy qualities by building inner fire, grounding excess energy, and creating a stable foundation from which to embrace the season's gifts.
Through specific kundalini sequences, breath and meditation, we will
- Combat autumn's scattered, airy energy
- Build warmth and inner stability
- Balance your foundational chakras
- Strengthen your connection to earth and body
- Learn grounding breath work and movement
