Can I purchase tickets at the door?

We will not be selling tickets at the door. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

Question 2

When is the latest I can purchase tickets?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase tickets up until Midnight July 28th, if there is still availability. There are only a limited amount of tickets that are being sold for this exclusive event. If you are interested in attending, we would encourage you to make your purchase as soon as possible.

Question 3

How early should I arrive?

We advise everyone to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your time slot (for several reasons). The greatest of which is due to space constrants inside the facility. But also to help you not have to stand in line any longer than you have to.

Question 4

How many people can attend per ticket

Accepted Answer

Great question! If your party has more than 3 people (non family members), you will need to purchase an additional ticket. If your group is made up of more than 7 family members, we would ask that you only bring 6 members into the facility (because of space issues) or purchase additional tickets .

Question 5

Can I get multiple autographs with one ticket?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket grants access to one autograph session only. This means that you can get a single autograph from each athlete and Coach Richt. If you wish to get multiple autographs from an athlete or Coach Richt, you will need to purchase additional tickets.

Question 6

What if I arrive late and miss my time slot ?

Accepted Answer

We understand that circumstances arise that are beyond your power. We will do our very best to get you in as soon as we can. However, be prepared that you may have to wait until the very end before we can place you in the line.

Question 7

Can I bring my own items to be autographed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are allowed to bring personal items such as jerseys, footballs, helmets or other memorabilia to be autographed by the athletes. However, please remember that each athlete receivers the right to refuse a signature on any items deemed to be inappropriate or vulgar.

Are photos allowed during the autograph session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, photos with the athletes and Coach Mark Richt are allowed during the autograph session. Please be considerate of others and keep the line moving smoothly. Coach Mark Richt will not stand up for pictures, so selfies are encouraged.

Question 9

Will there be memorabilia available for purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes, memorabilia will be available for purchase from CA Autographs at the venue. These items can be used to be signed by the athletes.

Question 10

Can I bring my own camera or phone for photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own camera or phone for photos with the athletes and Coach Mark Richt. However, please be mindful of others and keep the line moving efficiently.

Question 11

What is the time limit for each autograph?

Accepted Answer

The time limit for each autograph is no more than 30 seconds to ensure that as many fans as possible have the opportunity to meet their favorite athletes.

Question 12

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, tickets for this event are non-refundable. Please plan accordingly and ensure your availability before purchasing tickets.

Can I send in a mail-in item to be signed?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we will not be accepting mail-in items to be signed. All autographs must be obtained in person at the signing event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Question 14

Will you be offering certifications (COAs)?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Radtke Sports Authentication will be onsite and putting serial numbered holograms on each item that Coach Mark Richt signs. All other autographed items will receive a certificate of authenticity from CA Autographs.

Question 15

Can I purchase additional certifications from Radtke Sports Authentication?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we won't be able to offer additional certifications from Radtke for other signees. You will, however receive a certificate of authenticity from CA autographs for each athlete.
