AUTHOR BIO: Josephine Fitzpatrick is an author, nutritionist, and spiritual leader who has faith in God, the Blessed Mother, the Universe, and Angels. She understands the interconnectedness of all things through energy in the spiritual realm and emphasizes that the growth of the mind, body, and soul depends on how these energies are harnessed. She believes in the values and love of family. The stronger the family love the stronger the foundation on which you build. With over 20 years of experience as a weight loss nutrition specialist, she has helped thousands of clients worldwide. Josephine co-hosts the Love to Live Healthy Show with her son Jake on KJOY 98.3 FM. She started her career as a weight loss specialist, providing clients with around-the- clock support. In 2012, she established Innovation Healthy Market, a 3,000-square- foot store in Woodbury, NY, which is open to the public 7 days a week.
