Join us for an interactive Authentic Relating session where we explore how supportive phrases can transform everyday communication.

Whether you're looking to strengthen relationships, show up more compassionately, or break out of patterns like unintentional gaslighting, this session offers tools to bring more clarity, care, and connection to your conversations.

What to Expect:
✨ Guided authentic relating games
💬 Practice using affirming, supportive language
🧠 Awareness of common phrases that unintentionally dismiss or gaslight
💞 A safe, welcoming space to reflect and connect

Examples of Supportive Phrases:

  • “That makes sense to me.”
  • “I hear you, and I’m here with you.”
  • “Your feelings are valid, there is nothing wrong with you”
  • “Thank you for trusting me with that.”

All are welcome—whether you’re new to Authentic Relating or a returning practitioner.
Let’s practice listening, speaking, and showing up in ways that truly support each other.
Who would benefit from this practice: partners, family members, those who want help connecting with others (friendships), professionals who have trouble working with team members, and team leaders who are trying to make an impact.
