Facilitating a safe space with training in non violent communication and trauma informed somatic therapy, Haley, will guide us in co creating story telling through authentic movement. When words fall short of what experiences we are holding inside of us whether it be from the minds eye, memory, or physical sensations that arise, being seen and witnessed in our vulnerability is pivotal in the evolution of our spirit and awareness of how we move throuhg the world. By accessing deep listening to ones own inner dialouge and knowing, as well as reflecting what we see others are sharing by objective* observation, we will tell eachother stories that do not require a performative agenda or words. To be seen and witnessed from a non judgmental approach is crucial in healing and accessing possibilities.

Give yourself a break from the performative agendas of people pleaseing. Tune in, deeply listen, be held, and walk away feeling like weights were lifted.

This workshop will begin in the basement of Good Medicine Collective accopmpanied by an hour long sauna with option to coldplunge and shower. Northen Muse, Clinical Herbalist and wellness witch, will have a unique blend of tea brewing in alighnment with self reflection.
