Press pause at the end of the week's hustle and gift your body an hour of intentional ease. We’ll start with 10- minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly stretches to loosen neck, shoulders, and upper back—perfect for anyone who’s been at a desk (or on their feet) all day. Once muscles are warm and the mind is steady, settle onto your mat for a 50-minute immersive crystal-bowl and gong sound bath that melts residual tension, balances the nervous system, and leaves you floating in calm.

This is not a yoga session; think of it as gentle stretching. Every posture is low-impact and fully guided, and the sound bath invites complete stillness and rest.

What to Expect

Mindful Movement: Slow, feel-good stretches and breath work to create space in the body.

Guided Sound Journey: Layered tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a 27-inch gong to lull you into deep relaxation.

A Supportive Community: Gather with like-minded souls to welcome the new season.

What You May Experience

Deep relaxation: Meditation and sound baths lower heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol for profound calm.

Nervous system reset: Rhythmic breathing and resonant vibrations engage the vagus nerve, shifting you into a parasympathetic state.

Enhanced sleep & emotional well-being: Mindfulness boosts sleep quality and reduces anxiety and depressive symptoms.

Mood boost: Brief sound-bath sessions increase positive affect and lessen negative mood states.
