Community Keditation
Join us for a community medicine and sound meditation event. We're not meant to walk this path alone.
Preparation:
In preparation for the event, you'll receive a comprehensive medical consultation with our nurse practioner, who, after clearing you for treatment, will write your personalized prescription, to be mailed to you in advance.
You'll recieve 1.5 hours of video preparation material covering a variety of applicable topics - such as how to set intention, what you can expect during your medicine session, diet and lifestyle modifications to apply in advance, and more - in order to optimize the healing potentential for your journey. Then, during our live virtual group preparation call, our coaches will make sure all of your questions are answered and that you feel calm, confident, and clear to begin your journey.
Journey:
During the four hours we spend together, we'll connect by sharing introductions and intentions prior to your medicine session. Then, via live guided meditation, you'll relax into the medicine portion of the evening, allowing the live sound accompaniment to guide you through your internal landscape with grace and ease.
Afterwards, we'll allow space for community sharing and connection, grounding with tea and light bites before closing the circle ceremonially.
Integration:
You'll be supported through your process of integration with a virtual group integration session in the days following your medicine and sound journey. Here, our expert coaches will help you make sense of your experience , offering tangible, practical, and applicable strategies for moving forward effectively after your session.
A WhatsApp group will provide a way to keep in touch with community members, sharing insights, challenges, and celebrations over the weeks that follow. You'll also gain access to continued bi-weekly group integration calls, offered to all Lucidelix clients for as long as needed or desired.
