Finding Clarity in an Uncertain, Complex World: Rediscover What Really Matters

Attendees will have an opportunity to participate in a Values Exercise to boost self-

awareness. Heather notes, “When our values don’t align with our behavior and

environment, we can experience discomfort and even stress.” According to SHRM 2025

Insights on Workplace Mental Health, 31% of U.S. workers feel stressed because of

their job often or always. Understanding our values gives us clarity and can put us on

the right path for achieving our definition of success!

Join Dr. Heather Prather with WiseUp Coaching & Consulting to discover what’s

meaningful to you and your future goals.
