Before we jump into goal-setting, we’ll do what most people skip:
we’ll audit your business as it actually exists today — your offers, visibility, energy, systems, and revenue — and reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and what you may have outgrown.

From there, we’ll reconnect you to a bigger vision for your business (one that feels aligned, not overwhelming) and translate that vision into clear priorities and a 90-day growth roadmap you can start using right away.

This is a masterclass + working session hybrid, meaning you’ll get strategic guidance and protected time to reflect, write things down, and begin building your plan — not just listen and hope you’ll get to it later.

About Your Facilitator
